How it Works
1. Estimate
If you email us a floor plan and we’ll send you an estimate, which will be based on the square footage and amount of furniture required.
2. SITE VISIT
If you’re happy with the initial estimate, we will arrange a site visit to view the space and confirm our quote. We will also discuss layouts, style and timings.
3. INSTALLATION
It usually takes us 2 days (sometimes less) to fully furnish a property from head to toe. For large scale, super prime properties (£20M plus) we may request up to 4 days.
4. RENTAL
Our standard contract is for 12 weeks, but we can be flexible if you need more or less time.
5. EXTENSIONS
If after your initial contract you need more marketing time, we can offer you different extensionoptions and discounts according to your needs.
6. REMOVAL
Our removals team usually only need one day to move out of a property. The removal is included in the contract so there are no hidden fees.
