Note
We knew we needed very modern pieces for this property, so for the dining room, we sourced a dozen of these gorgeous chairs. Their minimalist black metal frame with clean, architectural lines that give it a light, graphic presence, making it ideal for these contemporary interiors.

the hidden house
Tucked quietly into one of Notting Hill’s most sought-after streets, The Hidden House is a masterclass in discretion and design. Concealed behind an unassuming façade, this extraordinary 8,000 sq ft super-home reveals itself as a rare private oasis in the heart of West London.
Decoroom was commissioned to furnish The Hidden House in a way that honours its architectural restraint while elevating its sense of warmth, flow and liveability. The approach was intentionally layered and tactile—balancing contemporary design with timeless comfort to ensure the home feels both aspirational and inviting.
A carefully curated palette of natural textures, muted tones and bespoke furniture pieces was introduced to soften the scale of the interiors and create visual continuity throughout the property. Statement sofas, sculptural lighting and tailored joinery anchor each space, while subtle styling details—art, textiles and accessories—add depth without distraction.
Decoroom’s furnishing scheme enhances the home’s zoning, clearly defining areas for entertaining, relaxation and retreat, while allowing the architecture to remain the hero. The result is a cohesive, understated interior that complements the home’s hidden nature: elegant, calm and effortlessly luxurious.
This is a house of contrasts: understated London elegance on the outside, and bold, contemporary luxury within. The interiors unfold across expansive, beautifully proportioned spaces, where clean architectural lines, natural light and refined materials create a calm, gallery-like atmosphere. Every element has been curated to maximise both comfort and visual impact, offering a sense of scale rarely found in the area.Like the most coveted concealed homes in Notting Hill—whether tucked away on mews streets or hidden behind classical fronts — The Hidden House offered remarkable privacy while remaining moments from the energy of the neighbourhood.
The Hidden House was a sanctuary of scale, serenity and sophistication — expertly furnished to feel both exceptional and entirely liveable.
Wellness is central to the home’s design. Extensive spa-level facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and dedicated zones for rest and rejuvenation — transforming everyday living into a resort-style experience. A temperature-controlled wine store adds a further layer of indulgence, ideal for entertaining or quiet enjoyment.
