Journal / Amazon Property; Elevated Interiors for London’s Most Exclusive Addresses
Decoroom has long been trusted by developers to bring vision, value, and distinctive design to high-end properties. Our collaboration with Amazon Property is a prime example of that ethos in action. Over the years, we’ve furnished multiple super prime residences for them — from duplexes and mews houses in The Hempel Collection to luxury apartments within the prestigious Park Crescent. Every project with Amazon Property has been about more than just staging. It’s been about creating a design narrative that reflects the lifestyle of their market — sophisticated, international, and deeply discerning.

A heritage setting,
a contemporary lens
Our most recent work for Amazon Property focused on the latest releases at Park Crescent — an exceptional Grade I listed Georgian terrace in the heart of Marylebone, designed by John Nash and steeped in architectural heritage.
The brief here was clear: create interiors that matched the prestige of the address. These were not spaces to be simply furnished — they demanded a sense of permanence, elegance, and grandeur. Our approach was accordingly expansive.
Designing for a
super prime lifestyle
We responded with a richly layered aesthetic, combining classical proportions with contemporary finishes. Fine materials, tailored upholstery, and timeless detailing were central to the schemes. Think hand-finished joinery, marble accents, and bespoke furniture pieces that referenced the building’s historic bones while introducing a modern sensibility.
Curtains were tailored from luxurious, weighty fabrics, bringing softness and drama to the tall sash windows. We introduced silk rugs, statement lighting, and layered accessories to give each room a sense of identity and warmth — critical in spaces of this calibre.
While each home was unique — duplexes with sweeping staircases, mews houses with more intimate footprints — the unifying thread was a commitment to quality and coherence. The result was interiors that felt rooted in heritage, yet entirely current.
A trusted partner
in prime residential
With Amazon Property, as with all our prime development clients, we’ve applied our tried-and-tested model for high-end furnishing — one that balances efficiency with bespoke execution. We understand the nuances of selling at this level, and how design can support both the emotional and practical needs of the ultra-prime market.
From concept through installation, every element was curated to elevate the living experience and to ensure that each residence made an immediate and lasting impression.
The result
Park Crescent now stands as a benchmark for modern heritage living — and Decoroom is proud to have played a part in realising that vision. These are not just staged spaces — they are immersive, elegant environments that speak directly to a world-class clientele.
