We have years of experience furnishing multi-unit developments, having staged over 150 such units, worth over £300M. Our most recent projects include Battersea Power Station, Park Crescent, The Lancasters, Mayfair Park Residences and The Hempel Collection. We are able to transform anything from expansive penthouses and luxury apartments to family duplexes and small studio flats. Decoroom’s tried and tested model, where we are able to transfer furnitures scheme and carry along the same contract from one unit to another, offers you a flexible and cost-effective way to market the whole development.

We can help with window dressing, paint and paper schedules, lighting design, bespoke pieces, sourcing and spatial planning.
Super Prime Properties
Properties at the highest end of the market – over £20 million – sometimes require a different approach due to their high level of finish and size. To furnish these kind of properties we can offer a combination of furniture hire and purchase.
We can design and supply bespoke upholstery pieces, such as made-to-measure seating for cinema rooms and integrated headboards. We are also able to design or commission unique pieces of furniture and art for very specific spaces and large scale rooms and source gym equipment and pool furniture. We will advise on lighting and source wall lights, pendant lights and chandeliers.
To add a bit of gravitas, we also organise the hire of special pieces, such as grand pianos and luxury pool tables and we can provide an extra layer of ornaments, branded products and soft furnishings if needed.
We would usually ask for 12 weeks’ notice for properties of this scale and caliber.
Turnkey Solutions
If you like the Decoroom look and would like to purchase a similar ready-to-move-in scheme for your property, our turnkey service will be ideal for you. Whether you plan to sell, rent or live in the space, our team will put together a unique scheme tailored to your needs.
Our full schemes include furniture, rugs, art, soft furnishings, bedding, objet d’arts, sculptures, faux flowers and plants, ornaments and books. And they can be upgraded to also include kitchenware, tableware, bedding and other lifestyle accessories. And if you’d like us to get more involved in other areas, we can help with decorating, window dressing, styling, spatial planning, wallpapering and lighting design. We’ll develop a concept board, layout options, fabric and colour palettes.
Once the scheme is approved, our team will implement it; source and purchase all the pieces; manage deliveries and storage; unpack and dispose of packaging; assemble any items that require it and finally instal. All within budget and on time.

We can help you source and procure furniture that needs specific needs and requirements, whether it’s finding a specific piece to managing the entire procurement process, including design, manufacturing and delivery.
Bespoke Pieces

Styling & Sourcing
If you already have your own furniture and require a helping hand with the finishing touches, we can help.
We can procure ornaments, art, faux plants and flowers, books, kitchen and bathroom accessories, and soft furnishings that complement your existent scheme and then style each room.
