Acacia Road, St. John’s Wood

Note

Statement artworks are positioned as focal anchors above mantels, consoles, and along feature walls, balancing bold impact with subtle accents to give each room personality and rhythm.

Note

Here, we focused on creating a really comfortable family living space without losing the sense of refinement. We used the proportions of the room to guide the furniture layout, then added artwork, texture and softer elements to give the scheme warmth and character.

Acacia Road has been styled with a refined blend of contemporary sophistication and approachable warmth, creating interiors that feel effortlessly liveable while highlighting the property’s generous proportions and natural light. Every element — from furniture to artwork — has been placed to enhance flow and showcase the home’s architectural features.

In the living areas, seating is arranged to define conversation zones while maintaining openness. Plush sofas and armchairs, paired with low-profile tables and layered rugs, introduce texture and tactile warmth, making each space feel inviting without clutter. Statement artworks are positioned as focal anchors above mantels, consoles, and along feature walls, balancing bold impact with subtle accents to give each room personality and rhythm.

The dining area is styled for both function and elegance: a sleek table with sculptural chairs sits beneath feature lighting, while carefully chosen accessories and smaller artworks add depth and intimacy. Across the home, soft furnishings and textiles further define zones, add warmth, and guide the eye naturally through the space.

Overall, the staging at Acacia Road demonstrates a thoughtful approach where furniture, art, and décor combine to create a harmonious, aspirational yet approachable home. Every room feels purposeful, cohesive, and ready for prospective buyers to imagine life here.
